well I htink is that someone send a report abuse from a message or review,etc.so thats hy I think is not going up until some days(thats what they told me)

Wrong actually after I waited my percentage did go up the server must've been busy

ya my percentage didnt go up for a little while then it boosted up a level over 100% up.

yeah, it was something like what PureDemon wrote. this morning I checked and it didn't gain at all, then I checked this afternoon and it went up. Now I'm a Rad Racer!!! but If you spam, make fun of people, and some other stuff then you won't gain any percentage at all, so watch what you say to others
