It's that time again. You guessed it, it's mid month blog time! And as most of you know and are experiencing, school is back in the swing of things for most of us. More than likely this will be my last year of college. Then I'll be heading out to join the work force in who knows what. I'll be sure to let you guys know what I'm up to the moment anything comes my way. But I noticed that I got zero comments from last months blog. My guess is because I've been rather inactive... especially with checking others blogs. So, I'll try and improve that. The past month and a half have been pretty wild. Not necessarily in a good way. I had a lot planned to cap off a rather memorable summer. Unfortunately things didn't work out, but that's okay. On the gaming front I've been busy with Madden, Gears of War, Cloning Clyde and the recently purchased NHL 09.

Sooo much to do with my free time that I have a hard time picking lol. I loaded up on XBLA points for the upcoming release of Megaman 9. I cannot wait for that game. I love the nostalgia that surrounds 8-bit Megaman. I also bought and downloaded Ratchet and Clank Future: Q4B. Haven't played it yet, but it should do as a hold me over until the next installment, next year. Which I totally can't wait for. That's pretty much all the updates from here. Not a heck of a lot of gaming coming up due to school and such. But I am looking forward to a very relaxing holiday break with game pad in hand lol.

Hey there! New site! Yay! That seems to really be the only major update since last months blog here. Oh, and the fact that there is a Wrath of the Lich King Marathon in just a few short hours that I'll watch a bit of. I've really dropped off on the games front this month mainly due to the fact that my social life has taken over. That, and the fact that school starts soon and I want to use my free time to the best of my ability. I have been playing Mass Effect the odd time. I'm finding it a little hard to get into with all of its text and clutter. The frame rate hitches up now and then, and the combat feels like a secondary component to the game. But I'm still enjoying it. The free roaming sort of mission based gameplay is rather unique. Check it out if you have a 360. I'm already 6 hours in and I'm only like level 9. I took forever at The Citadel. There's literally so much to do. Well that's all for now. See you next month.

So much to talk about this month. So here is a list of things I've done since the last time I blogged...

Beat Metal Gear Solid 4 - It was an amazing game! I probably had the easiest time playing through it compared to the rest of the series. Although my favourite will forever by Metal Gear Solid 2, MGS 4 comes in as a close second.

Reached Level 30 - Finally out of the 20's. Yay.

E3 - This week marks the start for all the crazy E3 coverage around the site. I can't wait for the press conferences. Microsoft's starts in like 30 minutes. I'm looking forward to seeing Home, Little Big Planet, Sonic Unleashed, Mercenaries 2 and Megaman 9! I simply freaked when I heard about MM 9. I'll be around for all the gaming goodness.

MacBook - Last week Thursday I went out and got a MacBook. I didn't need one with a big hard drive because I have a 500 GB external drive. So I originally went with the white, 160 GB one. But they didn't have it in stock. So they gave me the 250 GB one for the price of the 160. And it's black... but I would never pay extra just to get the colour I want. I do prefer black, so it just happened to work out the way it did.

Crazy Weekend - Probably one of the busiest weekend's I've had in a short while. Non stop from Friday night to Sunday night. Chilling with friends playing some Halo and seeing some Schizoid. If you can play it well on Uber mode, then you're amazing. What else did I do might you ask? Explored the city my friends and I call home. It was fun. Went and saw Hellboy II. It was alright. Can't wait for The Dark Knight though. And on Sunday, I went to a Toronto Blue Jays game, yay! I can only see next weekend getting even more exciting as we shall analyze the impact that was E3 2008. Peace to all and keep on fragging in the free world.
