Congrats!!!!!!.It hapened to me the day bf yesterday,i went to bed with lvl 16 and something and woke up in lvl 17 and 55%.it hapened to other people also,and i think is not a glitch,is like we gathered lot of stuff,you know posting etc behind our lvls that's why we skiped them.but,if it's a glitch though,i wouldn't say no to a bit more......as far for the upper lvl,i'm not sure but i think 100,cause i met a person at the forums in lvl 69,wow.
