I was holding this for way too long.

I am sorry but the dark knight is overrated. If you like it thats completely fine with me every person has their own personal opinion that is what makes as differen.

ОK lets start with this sh*t.

Before I watched The Dark Knight, I thought it was going to be the best superhero movie I would have ever seen (since that's what EVERYONE ELSE and Rotten Tomatoes said). Maybe it's the anticipation that killed it. I walked into the theater expecting to experience the most orgasmic and OMG AMAZING movie experience of my life…and I walked out thinking: WTF!?!?! Ok, it's not exactly a surprise that I'm not a superhero movie buff. I mean, I watch them - they're decent most of the time (except for Fantastic Four ), and rarely are they OMG AMAZING (IRONMAN and Spiderman!).

I'm not the first one to hypothesize that Heath Ledger's death caused lots of publicity and buzz for the movie. No doubt, it's not everyday a super talented actor dies. BUT that does not justify the WTF that was The Dark Knight. Honestly, the only things that were amazing about the movie were The Joker and the action (explosion upon explosion). Everything else could bardly be described as more than mediocre - Christian Bale's acting, Maggie Gyllenhaal's acting (Morgan Freeman's always good, come on&hellip, the confusing subplots. Call me dumb, but that movie wasn't at ALL the greatest superhero movie ever that I expected.

If you want to see a good superhero movie, and I mean a REALLY KICKASS one that will make you regret EVER paying $10 to see The Dark Knight, it's Iron Man. Amazing. Iron Man is easily the best super hero movie to ever come out. Wait for TDK to come out on DVD before watching it if you haven't seen it. But if you haven't seen Iron Man by now, SHAME ON YOU GO OUT AND RENT IT NOW.
