I feel compelled again, and for one good reason. But first, let me bore anyone who reads this with and endless rant on what the heck has been going on in my life. High School Musical (refer to previous post) is almost over. Finally, I'll no longer be all in it together after this Saturday. (Forgive me, I'm still slightly crazy from it) I have been chosen in my theater class to have a short scene, that I wrote, filmed with two other actors in the class and have it sent to a contest called "Reflections." It's where students do something, usually art-related, based on a specific theme and submit it in a sort of contest. It isn't mandatory, but my theater teacher wanted all his students to write scenes for the contest and as an assignment. Hopefully, it will go well for me. Enough endless, boring ranting, and one with what the blog is supposed to be about. Hands-down Super Mario Galaxy is awesome for me and should be for anyone else. The only gripe I have with it is the difficulty issue. It's hard at some points, but overall, the experience feels unfortunately easy. Otherwise, yes, this is the perfect spiritual successor to Super Mario 64.
Sorry for boring everyone to death,
Rev06
EDIT:I did indeed get the Wii version, after being sorely disappointed that the PS2 didn't have online play. Best of all, it didn't cost me any money. I won a fifty dollar gift card from the Midnight Launch tournament at it, cancelled my Mario Party DS reservation (only because I heard it wasn't online from IGN) which added 35 dollars, and used 25 dollars from my parents. My parents were actually dumb enough to buy the PS2 version from me for that much. So yes, life is getting better. It will only get better come February 10.
