Howdy!
As I work carefully at crafting my comments for my annual best/worst of list-I thought it would be cool to put it out to everyone to submit your favorite/least favorite thing of 2009. Get creative, it can be a movie, game, person, music, event, anything you can think of-nothing is off limits. I would do a HUGE list but it would take forever.
In regards to the list-it is complete, I am just preparing my comments. Put it this way, we have for the first time THREE songs by the same artist in the WORST OF category!

I am not too sure about what is THE worst thing 2009 has given to us. There are loads of them. But what comes to my mind first right now is Transformers 2 and Megan Fox. Double the awfulness,double the torture.

The worst thing of the year or should I say most annoying person is Megan Fox I dont see what all the fuss is about with her plus she has too much to say for herself and she cant act. Best thing? I dont know probably JJ Abrams for Fringe and Star Trek both awesome.

worst: my ex roommate, people who smell bad, and Kanye West 
best: the plethora of awesome games this fall.... crowned by Demon's Souls and Dragon Age Origins.... we can always count on gaming to fill the void crappy movies and tv shows leave us ^__^

best - im going with batman arkham asylum
worst - not getting to see the finale to the colony

Worst thing of the year was Newcastle United getting relegated(football). Can understand if that might not make it on your list tho!
Best film: Zombieland - didn't see District 9 so it's only up against Star Trek (which was still good), Transformers 2 and Terminator 4.
Best game: Batman - Arkham Asylum (Better than Uncharted 2)
Best TV show: Supernatural - Sorry season 5 of Lost disapointed me a bit

@EFC: Megan Fox, really!? I know she can't act, but her being annoying doesn't bother me and she is the hottest girl on the planet! Maybe after Claire from Lost.
