I love Star Wars, but I might make a silly mistake, so here goes:

1. True - Anakin (The Vadermeister) dies after Luke removes his helmet so that Vader can see Luke with his own two eyes.
2. True - After the huge massacre of all the Jedi by the Empire, after Annakin chooses to take on the teachings of the Sith from Senator Palpatine (Later know as The Emporer!!) so he can save his bride (later question) Obi-Wan and Yoda are the only Jedi remaining, and must live seperate lives in secrecy. Luke is adopted by his closest relatives.
3. False - Obi-Wan and Darth Sidius (Palpatine) do not battle in Episode III, nor do they ever face off in combat, it is Yoda who battle in the conference room.
4. True - Anakin was tought by Obi-Wan up until he betrays the Jedi and is henceforth tought by the Sith lord, Palpatine.
Extra Question. Padmé, Queen Amidalla's aid, she passes away after grevious injuries by Anakin inflicted upon her during the ultimate dual between him and Obi-Wan (a masterpiece!), she dies after childbirth.

Well theres no real point in me entering as I was going to say the exact same answers as the above posted and it would look as if i cheated, but oh well.

2.) False; trying to trick me, eh? Well, even though the Emperor and Vader all evil, nasty people they're still Jedi.
3.) False; that was Yoda and the Sidius, not Obi-Wan and Sidius.
4.) True, although Qui-Gon was his teacher briefly in that god-awful Episode I.
5.) Padme. Probably spelled that wrong.

This could be argued over. The Darth's are Sith, an ancient enemy of the Jedi, who focus on the teachings that they choose not to pass on. Vader and Palpatine could be seen as Jedi, but chose NOT to train as Jedi so as to follow the Dark Side, i.e. The Sith, which could be construde as simply a forbidden side to the Jedi and the force, or just an opposing view to how the force should be used.
