To be honest, the Wii is down and out already. It is more of a novelty than a proper gaming system. So its Xbox v Playstation for the final showdown....
This is my gaming setup (pre-Wii)
This shows I am totally equal with both systems. The squabbling over which system is better is pointless. There are too many good things about each system to openly decide which one is better. But the PS3 does have two advantages: Blu-Ray and Home. Both these may tip the balance towards Sony. That, and the fact that Xbox live = £££ - PSN = Free! And doesn't it seem wierd that the PS2 came out before the Xbox, but the Xbox 360 came out before the PS3? Hmmmm 
Whatever your views, buy a PS3. At least it won't break down all the time .

mmmmm.....MGS4..... *drool*
ahem...anyway, I agree that the Wii will fade, but I disagree that it is fun if you are playing in a low ceiling room and you get a bit over excited with the controls playing Wii golf...I had a bruise on my hand for weeks....but the 360, some of its exclusives are good: Halo, Bioshock....ummmm...uhhh....I can't think of any more

I always thought and still do think that the Wii will slowly fade, too gimmicky, despite it's strong release. Mind you, the Wii is fun..sometimes. But is is a gimmick more than anything.
