We went house hunting yesterday, and the last one we looked at we fell in love with right away. So much in fact that we put a bid on it as soon as we could. It is an older house but the guy who owns it now has put alot of work into it, and it is amazing inside. The kitchen, and both bathrooms have been updated and look very nice, all new appliances, new flooring and paint. It sits in a very nice neighborhood and has some nice mountain views. The only thing I would change is the outside paint, it needs to be painted again, but it isn't to the point that it degrades the house. It only has 3 bedrooms but the master bedroom was comverted from 2 to 1 bedroom so it is just huge. Hopefully we will find out today if our offer was accepted. *crosses fingers*

So yesterday it was about 70 out and I dusted off the bike and aired up the tires getting ready for today to go for a nice ride. But of course this is Colorado and we have a blizzard today. The highways are closed and it's supposed to bring anywhere from 3" to 3' depending on where you live.

Well the wife and I started house hunting yesterday. Our realtor took us to 5 different houses. I really liked one that we looked at. It was in a very nice neighborhood, had hardwood floors upstairs, a full finished basement and a huge yard. The price is right in our range also, so we may go look at that one again.
