Well I went to Gamestop the other day, and I had 30$ and a few games I traded in. I bought exactly what I came there for! We renwed my card as well, and I got 3 games, 1 for wii: BoomBlox:Bash Party!, 1 for Ps2: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban, and 1 for GC: Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door.
I had played everything but Boomblox, and I rebought them and this time they're gonna stay!
Just one problem though...I turned my room upside down looking for my GC memory card...and I don't have it anymore...
It could be because I have not played any gamecube games since like a year, and Paper Mario TTYD is the ONLY one I have atm...ah well, we'll go back to Gamestop and buy another one. Then we'll just pop it into the wii and viola! Happy again!
Nothing else really new...
THIS THING ROCKS! I highly reccomend if you are going to buy this, get the 16gb instead of the 8gb. My 16gb has tons more memory (idk WHY you'd need 32gb of memory here) and I have like 700 songs and I still have a lot more memory space for apps and things. The ipod touch can do movies also (something my old nano couldn't) and the youtube is amazing on it. Some of the apps I've downloaded are Tower Bloxx (I have a version of it on my phone and lappy as well) another one is called Taptap revenge, and its sort of like a touchit guitar hero. I have more like facebook, myspace and the like, and I have MSN messenger only...and that doesnt come with the ipod touch, BUT by myself, I found a solution for that. Just go onto the ipod touch's safari search enging to meebo.com, log into your msn windows live messenger, and viola!! I was instant messaging like 5 people at one time it was pretty cool.
But yeah, the keyboard might bea little odd at first, but its easier than it looks. Trust me. It's nowhere near like the first iphone's keyboard was like, where you pressed gently onto the screen and it typed 8 letters at a time. Nope, if you want to tap an F on this one, you tap F. Even if you use your thumb, its accurate. The Battery is understandeable. I keep mine at lower bright settings than normal, just because the battery power. (Unless I watch youtube because then things get too dark) and things like music wont make your battery go down fast (you'll get a few hours just listening to your favorite songs and you can listen while you do other things on the ipod touch as well, which is amazingly awesome) but things like apps which are 3d graphix and complicated (like tower bloxx and Rollercoaster Rush) will make your battery plummet (you'll get about an hour and a half if your on them nonstop) of course little apps like bubblewrap wont have as much of the same effect, but no matter what app your using, it goes down moderatly faster. Anyways...Jesus I wrote like an opinionated review here, huh? XD oh well, tell me what you think and if you think you'll get one. I HIGHLY reccomend it, and it's only about 299$ at Walmart.
WoW is awesome. I quit Runescape for it, and its not (to me) as addicting as people say...I am only experimenting with the different classes and things for now, but so far...I have no knowledge on like ANY of the items (except the copper, silver and gold haha thats money) that are in WoW.=o Ah well, I'm sure it'll come in time.
Silly me.
