There was a time when Command and Conquer was released as a free download to the public, now as we await Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 the predecessor is available for free HERE.

I downloaded it couple of days ago and it doesn't work Followed all the instructions with patching and all but well I guess that's the dark side of PC gaming.
