So let me come out and say it. I'm quiet obsessed with Robin Hood. Not the Disney foxy version, but the actual story of Robin Hood...Okay, okay, the '91 Robinh Hood: prince of Thieves with Morgan Freeman and Alan Rockman.

Theres something incredibly cool about the whole era of Richard the Lionhearted, and yet something so great about the idea of it corrputed and being saved by a band of outlaws. And yes, if you want it, I loooooooooved Will Scarlet in Prince of Thieves. Will Scarlet's always been my favorite. He's the only one depicted as younger then a middle aged man. In some versions, he's a teenager (Teens shall take over the world and then anarchy will rule Don't deny the truth) besides, he's also the only master of the blade. Robin Hood is master of the arrow, Little John master of the Quarterstave (Long wooden pole). I may have mentioned (once, twice, a million times) that I have a fetish for swords...Swords, knives, any sort of blade really. Will Scarlet is mentioned in some versions of a master of knives (Throwing and fighting) and in some versions mentioned as a master of the sword.

Sadly, I don't own any books on Robin Hood. (How has this happen!? I spend every weekend at the bookstore! How can I seriously be lacking a good book on my favorite outlaw!?) So if anyone has any titles for me, I'd be ever greatful.
