It sounds like you need to beef up security. Marcus shouldn't have enough stealth to pull off something like that. I used to have panda security guards and they were never very reliable

I would suggest Ryu Hayabusa. He should be able to handle himself. Pandas are cute so I would suggest keeping them. Mine worked out well in the IT department so you might try them there
