This news made my week.

I've been working at my grandmothers furniture store for the past week part time to earn some extra money and today we were going through her drawers and much to my surprise she had a GBA game laying in one of them. I asked her what it was (just to see if she knew) and of coarse she didn't. So I asked if I could have it and she said I could. The game was Pokemon Fire Red. Apparently some little kid left the game in her store and she's had it in that drawer for months. So I just took it off her hands. I used to have this game and I'd love to play through it again. I love the Pokemon games and I've been playing them since I was 8 years old.

4 new games in less than a week. Could I get any more lucky?

GameStop was running a "Buy 2 Used Get One Free" deal last weekend and me being the take action now guy that I am, I decided to take advantage of the deal and get a few games that I've been wanting to play for a long time.

First up was Burnout Paradise. I've been a long time fan of the Burnout series and for some reason I just never got around to getting Paradise. I've put in about 6 hours and I've been loving every minute of it.

I then picked up Skate. I've been playing the Tony Hawk games since Pro Skater 3. They've been some of my favorite games and up until Underground 2 I was really loving them. Since then I haven't even touched a Tony Hawk game. But thankfully Skate came around and reinvigorated my love for skateboarding games.

The free game that I had planned on getting was Mass Effect. I havn't played it in a few months and I've been itching to play it again. Buy while I was in GameStop my brother came across the often searched for but often unseen game, Tales of Symphonia. I've been trying to get my hands on this game for years but I could never find it. Out of sheer dumb luck we stumbled across it and it just happened to be the last copy they had. I've been playing it for a few hours and it just keeps validating my love for the RPG genre.
