I found Lily and sat with her for dinner, and then Ashley joined up until we had to go. Both Erins showed up, and the other Erin went to get Eddy. Ashley and I got frustrated with the the Erins and Eddy because we were supposed to go near the coliseum and we were on the other side of where we were supposed to be. But it all was well, and we eventually found Rosie's apartment.
We played around for a little while until the food was ready. Will made some fetticine alfredo he was so proud of (it was good), and Kim made some brownies and cookies. After everyone ate, the tournament started. My first go was with Cindy in Naruto, my main specialty out of all of the games we played. I was Sasuke, and she was Kakashi. Everyone seemed to want to be Kakashi, not that I had anything against him (he's one of my favorites); I was someone else instead of following the crowd. Next up was Katamari. The opening was totally random. Dancing pandas? Jeez man. Well, I stunk that time against Kim. I lost that one. It was hard; you had to pick all these things up, but finding them is hard. The next game was Beast Rogues (I don't remember). I was the mole character, and he kicked butt. I won against Perla. Then, we suffered Katamari 2's opening. It was just as messed up as before. The clown guy looks scary and is like Mardi Gras-obsessed. And it made everyone hate the people who say, "Hello," every five seconds. I was up against Erin this time. I had a pretty good start, but it was still hard trying to pick everything up. Seeing that she was getting a lot, I kept ramming her. It was like fifteen seconds until time was up when I rammed right into her one final time, and all these things came flying like a pinata. I grabbed as much as I could until time sounded. We ended up in a tie, amazingly. Rosie gave both of us points because it needed to move along. Thank goodness I kept bonking her. I wasn't so lucky on DDR. Being an instrumentalist, I can really rock it out on Guitar Hero, but I wasn't as coordinated as I thought I was when I did basic and not beginner. Well, it got me moving since I was sitting down a lot. Izzy won. This game was the start of my downward streak. I didn't do so hot on Super Smash Bros. I was Yoshi, and Ashley was Link. I tried doing this landing on her attack, but the best I did was gulp her up and lay the egg which was her. Whoops... Well, the funny thing was when Will went against Josh, Rosie's husband, he was Ness and he kept on doing the PK Fire attack. It got SO annoying everyone was laughing. Gosh... Next up was Mario Kart. I was Yoshi again, and I went against Cindy again since all the girls played together (there were a few guys, so they just kept on rotating). I was so bad. I kept on going on the grass. It was just hard for me to control. I was still on the first lap when I got stuck in some sand near the entrance of a bridge, and Eddy helped me get out of it. I was already far behind. Anyhow, I eventually got the hang up it for long enough before Cindy won. And I just started the third lap. That's how long it took. Cindy apologized. For sure, the game hates me. Well, everyone wanted to keep going, so we continued with the last game, Starfox. I went against Ashley again, and we both used planes. It was boring and it was hard to spot your opponent unless they find you. She apologized both times, being the good friend she is. I was fine with it, because I had fun playing and watching other people. Eddy won against Will in SSB (and yes, Will used Ness AGAIN, so I made sure to make a video of him doing it, but it was still funny even though he didn't do it as much). He got the guy prize, which is guys' stuff. Izzy went against Ashley on the final round, and Izzy was the victor. She got all these girly things (I'm glad I didn't get that). It was fun, and I'm glad we all had a great time, win or lose.
