...that Brett Farve was traded to the Jets.
Finally! The long national nightmare is over.
Oh, the national nightmare was his status. The nightmare was the 700 gazillion hours used to cover this "saga"
Now, maybe I get a 24-hour reprieve about the most overhyped "will they or won't they" since Ross and Rachel from whatever the hell year Friends became overrated.
He's a good player and all, but now he feels like Doyle (from Angel)to me. All this love that is shown to him, I'm talking to you ESPN, Peter King and John Madden, (especially you Madden), starts to get under my skin like Doyle. You know, the character in Angel who lasted 9 episodes, but the 50 percent of the Angel fandom thinks he's the most awesomest character ever. He has approximately 75 percent of the threads in the Angel forum dedicated to him.
I half expected to see Chris Mortensen to start do minute-to-minute reports from Farve's bathroom.
Well, now, the deal's done and he's playing for the Jets. Now he'll fade away into background.
Where do the Jets play again?
*Auntie whispers that the Jets play in New York*
Oh, ****.
It's never going to stop, is it?

Uncle, you never disappoint. But you're wrong. Doyel totally pnz Bert. Heck, Rex Grossman is a better quarterback than Bert.
*Hangs head in shame
I guess sometimes I can be a cliche puff.
