In case you haven't played the games and don't know what all they hype is about, the premise is simple:

Basically, at the start of the game you get this little fighting creature called a Pokemon. Then you use that Pokemon to fight and capture other Pokemon. After that, you take those Pokemon and you use them to fight and capture even more Pokemon. This goes on and on, and on and on, until you catch them all and become a Pokemon Master. Just like heroin, you can't get enough of the Pokemon.

Hi Paul. I like Pokemon. My son is a huge fan of all pokemon things and as a bi product of his addiction, we have all the pokemon games. I just bought him a limited edition Pokemon DS for his birthday on the 23rd as well. I think they are cute little things. Mostly. Have a good night.

lol! "Just like heroin," so true; the pokemon games are so addictive. I left the pokemon phase many years ago yet every now and then i pick up one of the games on DS or Gameboy Advance and all that useless pokemon knowledge comes rushing back.
Oh! And thanks for the add

Haha, yeah, It's impressive how that information just comes naturally. I still know the names of all the original 151 Pokemon and if I see a picture of one, I'll instantly recognize it.

I lost interest in the series after the 2nd generation, but now I feel like catching up with the games I missed on and train a whole new butch of Pokemon to get back into the battling scene.
