The Nintendo Gamecube was very underatted and did not sell as well when compared to the Xbox and PS2.However that still doesen't mean their aren't any good games. The Gamecube had quite alot of great games for it's time. The Gamecube also had 4 player right out of the box. When the PS2 only had 2.Since you had to buy a multitap for 4.So it was great for multiplayer party games like Super Smash Bros Melee and Mario Kartouble Dash!!But their were also alot of great Single player games.Like Metroid Prime which did a great job of bring the Metroid series to 3D.Zelda:Wind Waker which some people didn't like for it's cartoon likegraphic ****ut they can just Shut up.Wind Waker is just all the other Zelda games but you can sail in a boat and Hyrule is flooded. Also Mario Sunshine is great as well.I wrote a review on it so check it out.Overall Gamecube is great. If you have a Wiiyou should defentliy buy some games for it because the Wii is backwards compatable with Gamecube games.I highl reccomend it and you should check out some of the games for it.They are pretty awesome.

I loved the Gamecube! Mine still works and I use it once in a while.

Yah it was an awesome system... i played it at first more than the PS2. Then I started playing a few games on the PS2 but a lot of time.
Still the GC was pretty cool and more of a simple system and thats why i liked it. That and the controller. Super Smash Bros was an amazing game too.

Cool, I didn't think that the GameCube would be on the list. I loved the GameCube, and I still have it today, thanks! And you're right, the GC was undervalued and was a great way to bring Nintendo to Next Gen.

My favorite games on it were Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, Resident Evil 4, SSBM, Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Metroid Prime, and Kirby Air Ride.

What about Tales of Symphonia? That was on the Gamecube.

I have 3 GC games but I don't own GC or Wii. I want to buy one to play my Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life.

I still have the Gamecube that I bought in 2002. My first console. I love it.
Wind Waker was a great game, so is Melee. I have yet to play Sunshine, and I actually want to play Custom Robo also.
Hell, RE4 might be worth getting, even now!

I own a Wii too, but whenever I play GC games I play them on my GC.

As of 2006, the Xbox had only sold 22 million units, compared to the 21 million current GC units sold. That's not domination or overshadowing if you ask me.
The N64 has sold 11 million more units than the original Xbox.
The original Xbox didn't do very well.
