Agents are ... GO!!! It's the strangest thing. By now, EBA's (Elite Beat Agents) songs are getting a little repetitive, I'm stuck on the same level, and I'm not that amazing at the game, yet still completely in love with it. It's just so addicting! When you nail a song (or even a fast section of a song) you get this feeling that makes you want to play all day. ^.^ I love my MKDS and NSMB, but EBA is rapidly moving up the ranks towards favorite DS game.

Next up, Super Paper Mario. After going to EBgames a few days ago and making $50 trading in old games, I've decided to spend my new found cash on Super Paper Mario (Wii). After reading the interview in NP about it, I'm really excited. I'm not a big fan of total RPG's so SPM is definately the most appealing game of the Paper Mario series so far. Unfortunately, I haven't played any Paper Mario games before this one. I want to pick up TTYD in the future, and maybe even the orignal Paper Mario if it comes out on the VC. Going back to SPM, I'm looking foward to the platforming part of the game and it seems like there will be minor strategy involved (switching from 2D to 3D to find secrets, new route, etc).

Also, I'm about three weeks removed from buying something off of the Virtual Console. The last game I bought was Ocarina of Time (bought it the Monday it came out, about 10 seconds after it came out ). While we haven't gotten many great games since then, I'd still like to buy a few in the near future. I definately want to buy Kid Icarus (again, thanks to an NP article).

I have a confession to make regarding the Virtual Console. I've never played Super Mario 64. When the N64 was going strong I was about 7 years old, and didn't really ask for new video games. Since it's been on the VC I've wanted to buy it, but there were more games that interested me. Do you guys think it would be worth it to spend $10 on SM64 if I've never played it before?

I'm also thinking about picking up Super Ghouls N Ghosts, because I've heard alot of praise for that game. But until I can scrounge up the money for the VC games I'm interested in, I'll be attempting to finish Kirby's Adventure on the VC and spending every spare minute playing EBA.

You really should get SM64 - either on the VC or the DS version. I like both about the same. And if you can find it, I'd say you should also get TTYD, just for the humor factor.
