For the 90% of you that guessed Super Smash Bros Brawl, ding-ding-ding. You're correct. I picked up SSBB a day later than everyone else (Monday the 10th, for those of you who'd prefer not to use your brain), and probably haven't played it nearly as much, but that doesn't change the fact that this game is freakin awesome.
I'm not even going to try and explain why this game is so great, because I wouldn't be able to put it into words. It's the same SSB you've always loved except with more levels, more characters, more content (i.e - the SSE takes about 8 hours to beat), and more freakin awesomeness.
So yeah, just thought I'd let you all know. Peace.
As expected, I got an Xbox 360 for Christmas, and needless to say it's been dominating my time. With my 360 I got ...
Forza Motorsport 2 (came with console)
Marvel Ultimate Alliance (came with console)
GRAW 2
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Rental from uncle)
Call of Duty 2
1 Month of XBL
1 Extra controller
First I played Call of Duty 2, and have pretty much banged through the single player the last couple of days. I'm about 3/4 done, and it's incredibly awesome. I expected it to be rather bland, runningaround and shooting people while getting occassional objectives. I don't know why, it just feels really epic and almost movie like. After I finish it I want to try going through it again on veteran. I've played some of the multiplayer and it's really fun, it's just that you usually only get like five people at a time. Not bad, not great either though.
Next I played GRAW2, which isalso incredible. The single player is really fun, although a bit deeper thanI expected. The multiplayer however is super addicting. It's kind of tough since 2-3 hits will kill you, but once you get used to it it's really fun.
I started Lost Planet today, but while on the first mission I started craving GRAW.
So I've still got that game to play, Forza, and Marvel. I'm gonna need a lot more time. ![]()
P.S. - My gamertag is DewRequired, if you want to play GRAW2 or CoD2 sometime send me a friend request.

It doesn't feel like a year, it hardly feels like half a year, but on this day exactly one year ago, I got the Nintendo Wii. Was it worth it? Heck yeah. Is it everything I hoped it would be? Kind of. The Wii is awesome, and in and of itself it's an incredible machine. Games like Super Mario Galaxy and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess prove that. The problem is that there simply aren't enough great games for it. If I had the money I would pick up games like Metroid Prime 3 (whichI will definitely be buying eventually), Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, Ghost Squad, maybe evenZack & Wiki, but it's just not worth it. Most of you are probably thinking, "It's Christmas stupid, what are gifts for anyway?!" but that's another reason why they're not worth it.
As planned, I will be getting an Xbox 360 for Christmas (i.e. - in less than 24 hours). As you could haveimagined, I'm super pumped. I'm getting the Pro Holiday Bundle which includes Forza Motorsport 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance. I'll definitely play Forza, not sure I'll dig into Marvel too much though.
I've already got Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 and an extra controller. I've also got Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (which I'm rentingfor an extended period of time), andwill be getting Call of Duty 2tomorrow. I'll also be getting a 3 month XBL card.
So now how does this relate to the Wii again? Let's try explaining with a check list ...
Why OhhSnap Can't Get Any New Wii Games For A Very Long Time ![]()
1: OhhSnap has no money.
2: OhhSnap will not have any extra money from Chritmas.
3: OhhSnap will not be getting any Wii games for Christmas.
4: OhhSnap is getting an Xbox 360 and will use any money he has to buy games for it.
5: Wii games don't support "speaking in the third person" which OhhSnap is dissapointed by.
... I have no idea how I got onto this topic. Anyway, Merry Christmas everyone! Enjoy the food. Enjoy the company. Enjoy the presents. But most of all, don't forget the reason for the season. Jesus Christ's birth.
