This blog is all about this list that I took back at tech a couple of weeks ago and honestly I found this really interesting. Here are the questions that I have to do (as an exercise):

Here are my answers.
1. My greatest achievement is to try and make it on time to class.
2. Something I am good at is multi tasking. 
3. I have helped others by asking them what they wanted to do, helping with chores.
4. The best decision I ever made was to gather the courage to speak first to the whole class.
5. If I want I can learn how to speak in different languages.
6. People think I'm good at writing stories, singing, remembering things and impersonating/speak in different accents. I'm also good at helping people with their needs.
7. Something I have learned to do recently is being motivated to try new things, stand up to any problems I face.
8. Something I am proud of is to hand in all my assignments on time.
9. My proudest moment has been that I will graduate with a diploma. 
10. The most difficult thing I ever did was to give up watching television every night so that I could focus on my studies. And I'm finding this really hard to do so.
You should try this. It will get you motivated while at work.
