Well the past few years ive done fantasy football every year and loved it and before i started it was still a big football fan but fantasy made me more of a bigger fan cause now i pay attention to all the teams around the NFL not just the Philadelphia Eagles anymore

Well i like Basketball too and i was thinking about making a Fantasy Basketball League and i was wondering if anyone on gamespot would like to try it out with(you can join if u have played Fantasy Basketball too) Its gonna be a head-to-head scoring league cause that sounds more like Fantasy Football and i like it that way and well hey if we get a full league this could be very fun for all of us.

Hoping to organize a league by tonight so we can do a live draft but if you guys cant make it or i cant get a full league ill postpone it till i do get a full league. So if ur interested make a account on ESPN.com and PM me for more information!!!!

Well a return to my top ten lists. After seeing the fugly Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time Boxart i just knew i had to show you all what real box arts are supposed to look like. The rules for my list is only one game of a series can be featured for example the list cannot be dominated with MGS Box Arts, secondly these box arts only include the front not the back, thirdly the games don't even have to be good it could be the worst game of all time and still make it on the list if it has a great box art, and lastly they have to be awesome . Also hope you like the new trivia i added to the games, they will be in italics. So without futher interuptions lets begin.

Boxarts can define a game, boxarts can also destroy a game. Many gamers go to stores without researching what they are going to buy and just buy a game that looks cool to them while they are there. The box art helps them make the decision greatly a good boxart can help sales tremendously so in this list i will go through some of my favorite boxarts.

10. Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/920077.jpg

Let me start off the list with a bang!!! The original Mercenaries was a very fun game that didn't take itself too serious(the sequel also does the same thing but in the sequel its just ridiculous) The boxart defined the game for what it was a very fun destruction filled mayhem game lol.

The game was originally banned in South Korea after government officials feared the game, which depicts a war with North Korea with South Korea as a participant, would further strain an already delicate situation between the two countries. However, the Korean Game Board announced that the ban would be lifted by the year 2007.

9. Bloody Roar II

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/196789_50195.jpg

Bloody Roar II is another great boxart. The whole boxart defined the game. The lettering of the title showed it was bloody and the character on the cover showed it was gonna be cool and if you were smart you would figure out you could transform into a freaking animal. This is a great example of a great boxart cause I myself got this game based off the boxart and i have never regretted it

Jenny the sexed up character of the series is completely naked when she is in her beast form.

8. X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/927390_66235.jpg

X-Men Legends II is a awesome boxart. The eyes of Apocalypse really drew you in and showing the brotherhood and the x-men together showed you could play both. Not to mention the characters on the cover look freaking awesome especially for Toad and Storm.

All versions of X-Men Legends II share the same basic cast of 20 mutants; however certain versions have exclusive playability for a few characters that the others don't have. The PSP release let's the player control Cable, Cannonball, Dark Phoenix and X-Man. the PC version allows play with Pyro and Sabretooth. The N-Gage version lets players play as Beast.

7. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/933155_75753.jpg

Star Wars TFU is one great boxart. I really think this drew many kids too it. The whole entire boxart smells of epic. Even through the game itself was not that good and very glitchy. The Force Unleashed sold well thanks to the name and i truly believe the boxart.

James Earl Jones does not provide his voice talents for Darth Vader in the game. Instead the voice is provided by Matt Sloan (also known as Chad Vader) who depicts Vader's unknown brother that runs a supermarket called the Empire Market. His episodes run on YouTube.

6. Wrath Unleashed

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/914875_52815.jpg

Wrath Unleashed is by far the worst game on my list but hey you gotta admit it has one awesome boxart. This game was a mix of a fighter and a RTS but it was horrible but thanks too a great box art it really drew my attention so i bought it one of the few purchases i regret lol.

The four elements of fire, wind, water, and darkness are the four factions in Wrath Unleashed

5. Motorstorm

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/928393_67456.jpg

This is the best racer boxart thats for sure. It really showed the choas filled racing that was Motorstorm. The cars flipping the dirt all over the vehicles and the guy in the backround flipping off his motorcycle was defiantly the best racer boxart.

Motorstorm was the first PS3 game to sell over two million copies

4. Jak 3

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/919901.jpg

The duo returns in Jak 3 with the best boxart in the series yet. Showed all the new gameplay mechanics like the wasteland also the horizon of Haven City looks great. The title looks amazing in that lettering especially with the star right next too it. Also did i mention Jak and Daxter look awesome and epic especially with Jak's Gun

This is the last game that Naughty Dog founders Andy Gavin and Jason Rubin worked on with the company they started.

3. Resident Evil 4(Gamecube Version)

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/535840.jpg

The rebirth of the Resident Evil series came first on the gamecube and let me say the boxart was amazing. The return of Leon just looks awesome and the chainsaw guy really made the game look scary. Also the 4 just looks epic.

Krauser and HUNK's music that plays in The Mercenaries game mode is actually from the fellow capcom game P.N.03 the music from the 4th and 8th music, respectively

2. God of War

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/919864_61710.jpg

God of War is a great boxart and really showed the brutalness of the game. The bloody chains of the olyumpus and bloody kratos really made Kratos look like the badass hero he was. I really believe the boxart made the game sell loads for all those gamers out there.

Kratos, the name of the game's main character, is Greek for strength or power.

Before i show you #1 here are the Honorable Mentions

Now onto #1

1. Kingdom Hearts

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/bigboxshots/7/516587_50919_front.jpg

Kingdom Hearts is the greatest example of a great boxarts that draws adults and kids alike to the game. For the adult part the artwork although very cartonny has a mature sense to it also Riku and Sora also give the mature sense too. For the Kids freaking Goofy and Donald were on the front of the box and they had weapons. I can bet many moms and grandmas bought this game for their children or grandchildren and the kids were most likely happy.

The secret boss Kurt Zisa in the US version is named after the winner of a contest held by Squaresoft to promote the game.

Well there you have it my list of greatest boxarts what do you think about it and what do u think should have been added?

Well thats my blog for today

If you guys havent guessed it by now i have beaten not only one Ratchet & Clank game but TWO!!! So here i go with my impressions.

First off with the smaller one

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/932613_74951.jpg

This game was awesome for a PSP game it looked like just like the PS2 R&C games which was just awesome but i guess thats why the game was so SHORT. This game was actually quite hard compared to the others in the series(it wasnt hard just above average) But other then the short length this game was pretty good. Even without the second analog the camera was never a problem and the controls were great. The story was also pretty good probably could have been better if the game was a little longer but still had that Ratchet charm too it. Overall this was a great and was well worth the $10 price i paid for it but if i bought it as a full game waste of money.

http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2003/all/boxshots2/932369_74248.jpg

First off let me say the guy who reviewed this game WAS dumb sorry gamespot i had to say it but this doesnt derserve the score it got at all. Sure it wasnt the best in the series(Going Commando still holds my favorite spot) but it sure didnt deserve a 7.5. First off let me tell you one thing that reviewer mentioned which was dead wrong he must have never played a Ratchet game before. He said the story was uninteresting. The story in the ratchet games was never supposed to be taken so serious but this game had the best story out of all the games very interesting even thru i didnt like the cliffhanger ending(i need to get quest for booty now lol). The shooting and weapons were amazing and i dont know what once again the reviewer was talking about Ratchet games are not supposed to be hard but this Ratchet and Clank i think was the hardest in the ratchet series so hey gamespot next time you review a Ratchet game make sure u got someone who played the series before review it. The clank missions are FINALLY fun to play(i have always hated them but in this one they were actually fun. The grind missions were finally given a revamp they were starting to get dull but this game added some much needed new things and added some cinematic flare to them too. Overall R&C is a great game and a must-buy if u have a PS3 i think

Well what do u think of my impressions now its on to daxter i guess

Thats my blog for today.
