After a bit of time looking around at people's review method's I have adopted a Rating System for Shooters. Its called the GAMERS Rating System.

Score (Not an average)
Some people just don't have opinions. Like Nonstop-Madness.
Nonstop-Madness must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could Nonstop-Madness possibly have for not rating a single film?
