Ok we all know Wii Sports was a tech demo put together by Ninty to show off what the Wii-mote and Nun-Chuk could do (although it doesn't do all that well with the nun-chuck).

It wasn't just for us members of Joe Public though it showed developers ways of using the Wii-mote by way of inspiration.

However, now we are starting to get multiple Golf games & multiple BaseBall games. We've got tennis and boxing coming and I'm sure Bowling has been done now. The problem is it's not going to stop there we are in danager of drowning under uninspired golf games that try hard to be different from each other while still using the Wii-mote to swing at the ball.

So please developes try a little creativity for all our sakes.

Unfortunately, it seems that in any artistic avenue suffers from the plight of one person (or company in this case) having an original idea, and then a thousand other people trying to capitalize on the idea, but failing to improve upon the original concept in the slightest way. I hate to see companies who come out with some really great games get bought out by the likes of EA and then the series the original company worked on goes down the drain. I know that Nintendo isn't going anywhere, but it is still the same situation. Bowling games have always existed on the consoles, but I guarantee there will be at least 200% more bowling titles on the Wii than any other system before. I keep praying that more companies begin to take some initiative and actually CREATE, not just capitalize. Sorry for being so long winded, just built up to a pretty long rant really fast.
