Previously I have have told you details about the fantasy world I have been creating.
But it is not the world alone I have planned, there are the stories set in it as well, however as it is I have a hard time deciding which story to write first.
As it is I have more than a dozen separate story-lines I want to write about at some point but i have narrowed-down the amount to three storylines that I feel would be best to start with, but i still have a hard time choosing between them.
Here I intend to give you a brief description of those three storylines, I am not expecting that whoever that reads this will make a choice for me, but I hope that any input I get may help me to decide.
The first story has a somewhat simple concept, the main character is turned into a Shaden ( read my previous blogpost for clarification ) at the beginning and then from then on the story depicts how he gradually accepts what he has become and how he creates a new life for himself in an anarchistic state among other shaden and outcast humans.
The second story is set in the largest city in the world of Aniter, where the authorities tries to strike the growing crime organizations in order to keep the nation from growing weak as the world is getting dangerously close to the eruption of a religious world war.
This story has two main characters, one is a talented but amoral captain of one of the city's many militia garrisons, the other one is an unusual street urchin that will eventually come change the very dreams the captain has for the future.
I should note that this is merely the very first "chapter" in a much longer storyline, by far the greatest of the ones I have planned but it is also the one that might require the most world-development before I can start writing.
The third story is centered around an immortal main character that has had his memories removed about once every century, leading him to develop radically different personalities throughout his life ( not in the form of "multiple" personalities however ).
I should note that apart from his inability for final death he finds himself completely unable to use any magic ( despite living in a world where practically everyone have the ability to achieve magical powers somehow ) and his immortality is far from perfect.
His appearance changes somewhat over time, not by age but more like how skin color can change depending on where you live, his inability to die are also a bit specific, his wounds doesn't just heal and his body is not stronger or more powerful than a normal persons, however whenever he dies ( his body has to specifically die ) his body regenerates shortly afterwards, though there is no certainty that it completely regenerates since he can well find himself coming back a cripple, something he has to live with until he dies and regenerates the next time.
The story itself depicts how he gradually begin to backtrack his lost memories and the lives he previously had lived, in an attempt at trying to find out why he can't die.
If anyone reads this post I would be happy for any feedback I could get.
