It is said that if you give Trezeguet three chances he will score at least one goal. That attribute of his has earned him respect among all of the world's defenders. Because if you take your eyes of him for a second he strikes like a cobra and the ball is suddenly in the net.
Altough being French he grew up and learned his football talents in Argentina. That mix between Argentinian and French football philosophy ha made him one of the worlds deadliest strikers. Thanks to that he currently is the sixth highest scorer in his club Juventus' history. He is also the highest scoring foegner in Juve's history.
Trez, as he's often called, has played a big part in important matches for the French national side. In the 2000 European championship he scored the golden goal that gave his team the title, in the final against Italy. The other final, also against Italy, the final in the 2006 FIFA worldcup Trezeguet was the only one the miss his penalty. In the penalty shoot-out in the match.
Many people call him lazy, that he does nothing on to help the build-up play. But I would say that he doesn't need to. That isn't his strenght. Because even though he may be invisible throughout most of the match. Suddenly he strikes and scores. And when he does he shines up and becomes like a happy child on christmas eve, then you can't help yourself but smile along.

Gianluigi Buffon is the worlds greatest goalkeeper. No other goalkeeper has been so consistant on a high level over the years. Everytime someone makes a list over the worlds best goalkeepers. The names changes from year to year, except one name. Gigi Buffon. Many say that if it wasn't for the fact that he is a goalkeeper, the least popular position among fans, he would be ranked as one of the top players in the world. And compete for the FIFA player of the year award. In my book he is surely on the top five players in the world, because of his great talent and his ability to maintain such a high level over several seasons. Heck even when he got a shoulder injury before the 05/06 season, he quickly recovered. Was able to play in the 2006 World cup and later was voted as the tournaments best goalie. He only let in an own goal from teammate Zaccardo and a penalty from frenchman Zidane in the final.
And because of that Buffon is one of my favourite players.

Gianluca Zambrotta, the little boy from Como, grew up to be one of football's greatest defenders. After starting his career in his hometeam Como Calcio, he moved on to AS Bari. Back then his natural position was a right winger, or right midfield if you so will. Anyways he made a couple of great seasons and in 99/00 three years after he came to AS Bari, he departures to one of Italian footballs giants, Juventus. Though Juve was in a hollow and hadn't won the league in acouple of years. It wasn't until 01/02 when coach Marcello Lippi came to the club that Zambrotta won his first title the Serie A championship. But it was the year after that Zambro would become a huge star. Due to injury problems coach Lippi placed him as a left wingback. An unnatural positon for Gianluca but he adapted very quick, and quickly became one of the worlds best on his position. Zambrotta currently plays for Spanish side FC Barcelona.

Will Smith is truly multi talented. He has enjoyed success with everything he has tried. It doesn't matter if it was music, movies or TV, Will has always shown that he can do a great job. My first aquaintance with Will Smith was the TV-show: The Fresh Prince In Bel Air. That show quickly became one of my favorites and so did Will. Later I found out about his music career, and though his older songs were not quite my genre. His newer songs were much better and I listened to them a lot. Will now a star, took his step into Hollywood to feature on the big screen. That has given us great movies like Men In Black, Enemy Of The State, Ali and The Pursuit Of Happiness. Needless to say Will is one of my favorites.

Alessandro Del Piero is the greatest player of all time, maybe not the best but definitively the greatest. The things he has done for his club and the titles he has won, the accomplishments Del Piero has done are quite remarkable and has few comparisations in modern day football. He has won loads of national and a few continental trophies with his club Juventus and most recently won the World Cup trophy with his national side, Italy. Even though Juventus was degratated to Serie B, "Il Capitano" had no intentions of leaving. That is because he loves the club and for that the fans love him.
