I can't tell which is funnier. Me playing foosball or me playing Guitar Hero. Only one person can answer that. But since this is an electronic game site, I guess the foosball will just have to be an amusing aside. And amusing it was. Oh well. And as for Guitar Hero, I alllllmost made it through a song on the "Semi Spastic Beginner Level" It was entropy at its most disorganized. I know that the mantra should be...practice practice practice. But I am not sure we all have enough years left in us for the amount of practice required. However amusing it was for others, it was a blast for me, and I'm glad I had the opportunity.

So I realize this was a blah blah blog, but thats about all I could come up with. So how long was YOUR learning curve on Guitar Hero?

Thats it

well not much to say really. My first exposure to games was pong, pac man, qubert and the like. None of which thrilled me that much because even back then, they seemed so....primitive. Jump ahead a few decades and some much younger people dragged me kicking and screaming into the WoW phenomenon. "Well" I said to myself....you can tell because of the quotation marks...."This is more like it!!" So began a couple years of dazzeling graphics (comparitivly) and online play. Wow I was hooked on WoW. Who wouldnt be?? (Well I know someone who wouldnt be, but thats another story) Then as the thrill of WoW started to become humdrum, I discoverd the online world of EVE. Huge learning curve game but loads of fun. But, as one progresses, one must associate with other online players in order to progress. Lots of them. Corperations of other people!!!. And that presents a problem for one like me, as I dont really care for the company of a lot of people. So EVE sort of withered on the vine and fell off of the monthly credit card charges. Then my WoW mentors turned me onto Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion. Now thats what I'm talkin about!! The incredible graphics and open ended play of the game hooked me big time. I have logged many many hours into the game and still not started the main quest line yet. So the whole bang for my buck thing is really working for me on that. A game that can be beaten in 20 hours just is not what I am looking for. So far I am playing pc exclusivly, but who knows. a console might be in my future, as the kind of games I enjoy playing are starting to develop and come out. Anyway. since I am new here I thought i would make a brief intro. about myself and I look forward to some fun times here.........

Some people just don't have opinions. Like Neodigiphyte.
Neodigiphyte must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could Neodigiphyte possibly have for not rating a single film?
