The basic idea for these workouts is to do as many reps for each workout as i can possibly do. whatever number that is, Ill do that many every single day untill im used to it. when that happens, ill add more reps (ill add 25 reps each time). wednsdays and sundays will be my rest days.
-100 situps or 100 crunches on the ab scissor (or both)
-50 pushups
-100 bicep curls
I will also follow my regular martial arts schedule.
-20 or more minutes of kickboxing practice each day
-Tae Kwon Do and kickboxing classes every monday and thursday
withthat, with a healthy and balanced diet (and alot of protein), im hoping to get serious muscles by the time school starts.
