seriously. I dont see what the big deal is. i mean, why are so many people complaining about this movie? its a movie! If you dont like it because you fear it will ruin you childhood memories of the show then dont see it! I dont care who you are, if you are complaining about a few minor plot changes from the original then stick with watching the show and dont watch the movie.
sure, they made goku an unpopular high school student. who cares? The only reason they changed this small part of the plot is so they can appeal to their target audience: teenagers who are unpopular. speaking of goku, why is it such a big deal that he is white? if I remember correctly he was an alien in the show, so who cares that he is white (he didnt even look asian in the show to begin with)? oh and another thing, why is it such a big deal that he says "im not ready for this..." in the trailer? chances are, that line isnt going to make it into the movie, so whats the point of complaining (as it is common to remove some lines of dialouge, indeed even entire scenes from a movie, that were in the trailers for time reasons or other issues)?
remember, there were people who thought that the transformers movie was going to suck just because of a few set pics from the movie and look what happened. same thing happend with the dark knight. when they announced that heath ledger would play the joker, people got angry. so why are people complaining now? there have only been a few leaked pics and already people are acting like its going to destroy the francise. dont people learn that they shouldnt judge a book by its cover? its not like those people have seen the movie.
oh well, im done ranting.
have a nice day
