ok, summer vacation is coming and i have some pretty good, yet simple plans. I will try to follow the following schedule daily. the only way i wont follow the schedule is if my family is doing something fun on that particular day. here it is:
1) wake up (9 AM)
2) drink a protein shake
3) work out (to do this i will stretch, run a mile, stretch some more, then finish with some boxing/combat training on my punching bag)
4) eat breakfast
5) take a shower
6) lay outside in the backyard on a lawn chair for about an hour. maybe sleep (it depends on weather conditions. this is optional)
7) play brawl for an hour or more
8 ) surf the internet
9) eat lunch
10) play runescape
11) watch TV (alot)
note: 6, 7, 9, and 10 can be done in any order
also monday, tuesday, thursday, and maybe friday i will do Tae-Kwon-Do
12) eat dinner
13) stay up late surfing the net, and watching TV.
14) sleep (at around 1am-ish)
so yeah, that is my daily schedule for summer. i plan on sticking to this schedule paying special attention to working out. i wanna be buff by the time school starts.
