ok i know that zombies arent real but as a precaution i have developed my own zombie survival plan

keep in mind i am taking hints from the zombie survival guide.

weapons:

-two machetes

-japenese katana (maybe)

- .22 rifle

- .22 pistol

- .45 pistol

-shot gun (SPAS-12 perhaps) for close-quarters combat

-two trench spikes (if i ever find any)

-combat knife

clothing/armor

-Black hoodie

-tacticle combat vest

-dark gray or black cargo pants (lots of pockets)

-fingerless gloves (so i can keep my hands warm but also so i can retain my grip with my fingertips)

plan A:

when the dead first start to rise i will lock all my doors and windows downstairs. i will arm myself with a light weapon in case i need to deal with any zombies. i will take all the food i can in the house and all the weapons, ammunition, and additional survival equipment that i find from downstairs and move it upstairs. when that is done i will fill all the bathtubs with water (no telling when the water will be cut). i will then to proceed to destroy the staircase and put something large to black the big gap at the top of the stars (like a bookcase). i will also staple blankets, sheets, and towels to the walls surrounding the windows to cover them up. eventually i will probably put i big HELP sign on our roof to signal for help. i will also pack several bags with food and ammunition incase my secure area is compromised and i am forced to leave.

plan B:

if my secure area is compromised in any way i will take the bags of food, ammo, and survival equipment that i would have already packed and i would get to one of our cars outsid (probably the SUV because its so heavy) and i will try to make it to a military base nearby (probably for lewis) stopping only to raid gunstores for any extra ammo and magazines for my rifle and pistols. from there i will try to make it to Ft. Lewis even though the highways are probably hell (they may be jammed with cars and are probably crawling with zombies).

Plan C:

if for whatever reason ft. lewis or Mchord airforce base is inaccessible i will probably regroup at my place and try to find my friends to form a group of survivors. we will then go for a nearby high school that has one big campus. we'll raid the cafeterias for food and other supplies, put said supplies upstairs and figure out a way to blockoff or destroy the starcases (as a precaution). maybe if we have time we will also hotwire and park abandoned cars in front of the entrances and exits. hopefully the zombies that cant get in will see that the school is emptie and not try to get in to search the area (not like they could climb the destroyed staircases anyway). after we secure the supplies we will then search all rooms upstairs and clean out any zombies we find. also the group and i will figure out a way to signal for help probably by putting a sign on the roof. with any luck the high school will be an inpenitrable fortress. also, if we run low on food we'll send some people out in groups to nearby grocery stores to get supplies and perhaps ammo.

Plan D:

if plans B and C are impossible or fail and i am alone or with few people, i/we will probably go nomadic traveling the area and live off of abandoned stores. our methond of transportation will probably be by bike or car (perhaps both).

Plan E:

if everything else fails I (or me with my group) will live in the moutains living off animals we could hunt. we would live on the top floor(s) or a 2 to 3 story cabin in the woods. also we could live off fruits and vegetables should we decide to farm as well. we would only venture into town to look for ammo or any additional food.

In case i am surrounded:

if this ever happens (and it probably wont) i will probably take as many zombies with me as i possibly can with a grenade that i will probably rip off from an abandoned army truck early into the infestation. this is to end the pain of being eaten alive as well as to take as meny zombies with me as i can. i dont belive in suicide but i do believe in dying a martyr.

well that was my zombie plan. i got a lot of ideas from the zombie survival guide (great book by the way). if the dead start to rise and it gets out of hand i will probably go with the first plan then go to plan B if something bad happens. from there i would go with any of the other plans.
