School... Almost... OVER. And to celebrate my pwnage (yes not 1 failed class to my surprise) I will be buying myself a 27inch lcd widescreen HDTV, and an Xbox 360.

Sounds crazy yes.. but ive done my homework (minus anything school related) and it seems that the 360 would offer me being a PC gamer a fresh experience in terms of the xbox live possibilities. Gamer points sounds extremely tempting.. to take my friend on and get ahead of him in gamerpoints sounds like fun. (specially the way jeff and carrie go on about it) I wouldn't go out of my way to get a japanese xbox 360 like those crazy buggers but.. wouldn't mind sitting there beating a few games i would otherwise never play thanks to gamerpoints.

Hopefully my buddy Ryan gets his 360 this summer too so we will have stuff to do. Some of my other buddies getting 360's too.. ive also been trying to convince more to jump on my summertime bandwagon, but not too many to take note.

I decided this is the way to go since I really am depressed about having to upgrade my computer every 2-3 years because of new pc hardware that just seems to keep flowing out infinitely. Since the xbox lasted 6 almost 7 years im gonna be happy with the 360 even if it lasts me 5 years.. compared to PC. Though sony saying the ps3 should last them around 10 years.. i wouldn't expect anything less from microsoft than to keep up with that.
