Ok so I like Indian food, wait take that back I love Indian food. The only thing is that everything I've ever had has not been spicey. My Hindu co-worker used bring me food all the time, and I loved it, but she like me does not like really spicey food. Well I go out with my parents Friday night and go this little Indian Tavern down the street. My mother orders this lamb dish that you can make it as spicey as you want on a scale of 1-10 so she gets a 6. She offers me some as I wait for my Tandoori Shrimp to cook. I decide to brave and I'm breathing fire for about half an hour. But the crazy thing is I liked it so much I had a second helping. What's wrong with me!? I liked so much that when we go back I will get that but perhaps with a spiceyness of 4 not 6. Hmmmmmmmmm..........

I'm just surprised I don't normally eat spicey food, it upsets my stomach, and this didn't. Maybe that's why I liked it so much.

Thats the thing with good spicey food, its tastes amazing and there are a few minutes before the heat really kicks in, so you think to yourself 'thats not hot' and then your mouth explodes.
Still though I love spicey food.

Shrimp well it doesn't really have much flavor, i mean it does it's just not very strong. and i don't plan to eat fire i just like to play with fire.

Anyone ever had hibachi-grilled shrimp? It's really good. The restaurants you get it at tend to be a bit pricey (at least from my experience), but the food is good, and watching hibachi chefs cook is entertaining. They flip around utinsels and do fancy stuff with fire.
