I'm not gonna waste my time talking about the Giants this time. I'm upset that they lost, but I'm also looking at it in retrospect. I challenge anyone to tell me they had the Giants going 12-4 and winning the NFC's No. 1 seed after losing Strahan, Osi, Shockey, and later Plax. But they finally hit a road block and now they have to bounce back next year. Oh well. GO CARDS!!!

So as most of you know, there's an economic crisis persisting in our world. In response to that, our university decided to cut 98 jobs. While this seems like a necessary step, it looks a lot worse when you see that our university president, the sixth highest paid individual at her position in our country, does not take a pay cut, and she makes $1,500,000. There's a petition going around the campus, which I already signed. This has obviously been going in a lot of other places, but it's still disgusting to hear about it on your own college campus. We continue to fund the Clinton Foundation and send money to Kenya among other things, but our president can't take a f*cking pay cut from her $1.5 mil salary? I'd love to see how she justifies this....

Anyway, that's it for this blog. I just wanted to vent that a little. Oh and I am back at college, in case you didn't figure that out. Break was enjoyable but far too short, even if it was a month. Oh well. The countdown till summer break begins. Catch ya later.

To paraphrase basketball great and all around A+ human Latreel Spreewell, how do you expect her to feed her kids on anything less?

Corporate America never stops amazing me. They're shameless to no end and it's horrific that this mentality is controlling the education system.

To bad about the Giants. I gotta say I was rooting for a Steelers/Giants showdown so my boys could avenge their loss but beating down the Eagles (another team who beat them in the regular season) or The Cards and Whisenhunt will be just as sweet. As long as they can get past the Ravens, I mean. This Ravens/Steelers game has me sweating. I don't care if Pittsburgh beat them twice in the regular season, you don't beat a team that good three times. You just don't. Ed Reed and Ray Lewis will be in my nightmares all week.

That Giants/Steelers matchup woulda been sweet, but now it's only a dream....oh well. Good luck against the Ravens. But just so you know, teams who beat another team twice during the regular season are 11-7 the third time around, so history is at least on your side (of course, it was 11-6 till the Giants beat the Cowboys last year ). I guess I'm hoping for a Cards/Steelers Super Bowl now.

ahaha BIRDS! Our defense just kicked arse. You guys had your year last year though. And I wouldn't count on the Cards winning. We've already beaten them once this year by 28 points!

Yeah but Plax has been an Eagles killer in just about every game that he's played against them; is it just a coincidence that we lost the last two games against Philly without him? And our offensive play-calling was suspect at best. It was like Gilbride was trying to force the passing attack when it just wasn't there. Arizona is a different team then the one you guys picked on back on Thanksgiving. Their defense is playing really well lately and it looks like they've discovered their running game. Plus, they're at home this time. They might have just as much, if not more, momentum than Philly does.
