GTA IV - Something to say about it

These few days I got a GTA IV as a present. And as GTA fan rapidly installed on my PC, and what to see there...

Is this game really worthy for that configuration... Hello people I need to install on my PC aditional 1.5GB of RAM memory to play it normaly. And what types of CPU's you need for playing... there is no chance to play it with my Dual core machine

Till this edition I was fan to Rockstar games because they were publishing games suitable for middle class PCs... but no NOPE.

well I play it fine on 1gb ram, a 1.6 dual core and an ati hd 2600 xt. I play it at 1024x768. First I tried at 800x600 but it ran like crap. I had 5-10 fps. Then I found out my GPU is too powerfull for that resolution and it's harder for it to use that instead of 1024x768. Try do to that. I also had a lot of problems with missing textures and things like that.
P.S. I don't meet the minimum requirements
