Every country has their own version of Survivor. So have we, Belgium and Holland joined together and created Expedition Robbinson. Host and producer Ernst Paul Hasselbach has left the scene. While on location shooting for the 'reverse' Expedition Robbinson, 71 Degrees North, he and a Flemish production assistant were killed in a car accident. Within half an hour both were dead due to the cold water.

I'm a big fan of him and his shows, or was... no, still am! Mr. Ernst Paul Hasselbach, we will not forget!!

However there was some good Media news too. Peter R de Vries won an EMMY for his documentary on the Holloway case. He's very proud and taken even more serious by friend and foe now. Holloway was not his first case to 'crack'. He's most known in Holland for setting 2 men free after doing a 7 years in prison for a crime they had not comited. He also pointed out who was guilty!

Sadly I'm not my usual perky happy self. Things still get lost or broken and now even the house is due for big repares!! On top of all, my boss has to let me go. The worldwide financial crisses is taking it's toll and I'm being sacked.

So sleepless nights and sorrow are my game now. The Winter Blues come early this year.....
