OK, I'm a little late in posting this, life has been crazy, but I just have to shout it out! I went to a U2 concert about two weeks ago (So, I'm a little more than 'a little' late *lol*)and I had THE BEST night of my life! Me and my sister went to DC and had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. That was fun. Then we walked back over to the MCI Center and saw a bunch of people in the parking lot while we were waiting for the doors to open and being nosy, we decided to check it out. I nearly died when we walked over. BONO WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE IN THE PARKING LOT ABOUT FIVE FEET FROM ME!!!! Being the idiot that I am, I was like OH MY GOD and waved at him like a fool. He smiled and waived back. I wanted to faint! God, I'm such a dork. It's hard to act cool when you're standing next to the man who is bigger than God himself. So after my moment of insanity after meeting him (I called my mom and screamed in her ear that I met Bono.), we went to the show. We had seats about 20 rows from the stage, they were GREAT! They played for two and a half hours! Oh my God, they ROCKED!! And as a bonus they played one of my favorite songs that they don't play too often, I Will Follow. I don't want to brag (Well, just a little...)but I had THE BEST time EVER! I LOVE U2!!!
