Very nice! I recently found VIII at a used game shop, entirely complete! Gave my other copy to a friend at one point. I still need III and Anthology. I have the GBA version of I, II & IV, which are (basically) their original forms. Either way, theyre the same game. Congrats!

You are going to have a blast!! Did you play them when they originally came out? Any of them? FF1 was my 2nd "console" Rpg after Dragon Warrior/Quest, and it rocked. I remember it was so cool the map that came in the box. One side was a map the other had a list of almost all the enemies in little square boxes with their in game image and stats... There was like 800 some monsters on the thing!! I loved that game!


I never got to play FFX or FFXII due to skipping the ps2 in general for PC only (baldur's gate2 did that to me.) And I sold all my ps1 and NES/Snes games and consoles to pay the rent back in 2001. But thanks to the psp and psn I have been able to play the old games again, and thanks to the ds for the remakes of 3 and 4. I just hope square releases FF8, FF9, and FF Anthologies(5, and 6) on psn soon. They would be stupid fools not to. I don't understand SE, and I think their presiden Wada is a moron. They would be raking in the dough by bring the whol ps1 square library on psn but they don't... I just bought a ps2 and FFX , FFX-2 and FFXII but I don't know if I will be playing them anytime soon. I am replaying FFVII right now and loving every second of it. Also you need to get FFVII Crisis Core, its an amaing game and unlike some of the other spinoffs it feels like it fits the main series fine

I could rant and rave about Final Fantasy all day but I'll stop. Just want to sa y congrats on getting the set and have a blast with it!
