I'm getting the sense that I'm the only person who both enjoyed Umbrella Chronicles and is looking forward to this game.

Lay, my intial reaction to this news was a lot more colourful. But I am not able to repeat them here.
And Gabu, I also enjoyed Umbrella Chronicles. But I am among the many, many fans of the series that have been hoping for a REbirth of Resident Evil 2 since Capcom did the REbirth entry of the original Resident Evil on GameCube. And Capcom knows people want it and this is how they respond....

As much as I liked UC, this is just "why?!"
And even worse, I hear that the "Wii-makes" of RE0 and 1 from Japan are coming here, which are just the original games with Wii controls. If they were serious, they'd have remade any of the classic games with the RE4 engine. -_-
