Ah, the ultimate gamer, reader dilemma...
Are friendships really worth it!!!
Well duh of course they are!!! How can you possibly have any doubt! I personally find it frustrating because the series of books I read tend to be massive and as well as my videogames.
Star wars...over 100+ books!!!
Dragonlance 70-90 books!!!
Forgotten realms 70-90 books!!!
And as for games...well rpgs mostly. They are highly time consuming and if you happened to leave them for a while your bloody lost!!! Morrowind, Baldur's gate, KOTOR and what about Guild Wars....That one ask that you keep up virtal friendships also!!!
PS for GW,I do have real-life friends that are interested but
A: some of them are French Canadian(so am I!)....there is so much translations and long distance calls I can make
B: some of them don't have access to high speed internet yet...really!
C: some of them already find they spend too much time on free online game so...no thank you!
And did I mention I am a Adobe fan...you know,Photoshop, Premiere...
And a Fan fiction whore for Stargate, Star wars and others...
SO the morale of all this...
GO out there...Get yourself a tan...before you end up with a ghastly white skin challenging an actual albino(no offense meant) Or just more wisely your fandoms...
Have a great one!
From the one who got more then 300 some cms of snow this winter!!!
