I guess I loved the movie because I loved the book. I read it when I was 11 or 12 years old, watching this really nice developed film 19 years after made me recall every part of the book. Tom Tykwer captures Süskind book and transforms it into this great movie. I can even smell both the repulsive moments and the exciting ones.
