Hello all,

I managed to do something a little more exciting than mark exercise books last weekend when I went on  a trip to Granada Studios in Manchester to take part in the taping of the television game show The Price is Right. I was not selected, in case you were wondering if I had a trip to Dubi in the offing, but I still really enjoyed myself. I genuinely did not think it would be that much fun as I'm not a major fan of the show or the presenter, Joe Pasquale. I only really went to make up numbers! Anyway,
it was all jolly entertaining and a colleague of mine was indeed selected to come on down. Unfortunately she didn't manage to get off contestants row.

If you could appear on any television show, what would it be?

A reality programme like Big Brother?

As a corpse in ER?

A contestant on Mastermind?

An aspiring chef with Gordan Ramsey?

Personally, I'd love to get a group of my pals together and appear on University Challenge. I'm sure we'd be completely humiliated due to those years being written off as miss spent youth, but it would be quite a laugh.
