Well its about time for a new blog I think. Lets see where to begin? I mean my last blog was over a month ago...Well I guess I will start off with what is going on at my work.

I got promoted! So I am no longer a night facer but now a Night Stalker(Stocker)

But it is a lateral promotion...
Meaning I have to do more things, but I get the same pay as before. Talk about a jip. The job usually consist of placing heavy boxes full of stuff on carts off pallets stacked about 9 feet tall. Then placing said carts around the store, then taking the boxes off the carts, and cutting them open, and placing the contents on the shelf. Pretty brainless stuff really.
The hours are I guess a little better. I now go in at 11:00 am. But when I talk to the people at work the outlook is bleak... I mean everyone who has been on night crew has been on night crew for at least 6 years. The longest being 30 years.

I don't think I could take 30 years of that crap.

Anyway I see school is winding down for a lot of people, both people at work, and people on the forums. All I guess I could say is Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it. Yeah, I know that is stolen from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. But really it is pretty true. I use to complain about school, but then one day I woke up and found out the thing I been doing for many years was over. The feeling I got was kind of like turning on the shower in the morning, and getting hit with a blast of cold water. Those days, the happiest days of our lives are over. Sure there will be many great times in the future. But once you leave high school the real world hits you pretty hard. Gone are the days of pure routine, and worrying about test that really don't matter in the long term. I mean sure there is also college to look forward to for many people, and yeah I guess it could be great, but from what I hear it is not the same.

Anyway the summer is coming around for me also. Except it means I will be working. Yeah, I talked about in past post about joining the Air Force, but my current schedule is keeping me from training. So I guess joining for me has been postponed... again.
Sometimes I just wonder about myself....

I haven't really been posting on the forums all that much due to my job hours, and everything. But I guess I will make time somewhere.
