Hi, guys. Haven't talked to you in a while. I'm just a little slow on the draw. Anyway, school started for me two days ago and so far, it's going pretty good. The ****s I'm taking are English for 1st Period, Cooking Cla$$ for 2nd Period, Earth Science for 3rd, Western History for 4th, Geometry after Lunch and Guided Study then Animation Cla$$ are my last two cla$$es. Although, I might switch out of Guided Study for Study Hall if GS doesn't go well enough the first week (The cla$$ is filled with disrespectful kids) and since today's Friday, if today doesn't go well enough like the last two days didn't, I might switch to Study Hall.

Animation cla$$ (aka Design Graphics) is gonna be cool because I've always wanted to work with Animation, since I'm into animated shows. When I grow up, one of my dreams is to produce a nationally televised animated series. But I'll have to pass this cla$$ and the next two levels of it to do that.

But I think my favorite cla$$ is gonna be Earth Science, just because me and my best friend agree that it's easy to pass. That reason and because Science has always been one of my areas of expertise. Earth Science, of course, is when you learn about the functions of the Earth.

And you want to know something? The first time I saw my English teacher this year, this first thing that popped into my head was Coco from Zoey 101 with a short Hannah Montana wig. But she's not like Coco at all. She's very nice, although she tends to go a little fast on the lessons but she's still nice.

Well, that's what's up on School for me so far this year. Laters.

Well, yesterday, I got back from my Grandparents' house in the Chicago area. And before my family and I stayed at their house, the day before yesterday, we all got to go to a Cubs-Reds Game LIVE! (Shout out to halogod95, who's a sports fan) It's probably the first time I've EVER seen something that's shot nationally! There were like 500,000 people there! Maybe more! Anyway, it was a great game. The Cubs actually won 3 to 2! It was a very exciting game!

And let me tell you something: Chicago, probably the biggest city I've EVER been to (I've never been to New York City or Los Angeles). The stadium I went to (Wrigley Field) was big too! And I thought Milwaukee's stadium was big. You should check out this one. The rest of the trip was good, too. My famiy and I stayed at our grandparents' house and we just hung around. And now to the next subject.

--------------

Well, it looks like Disney Channel's now out of my life for good. At least me being a fan of it is. Here are the reasons I don't want to watch it anymore:

- It's not the same as it was when I became a fan of it. It used to balance cartoons and sitcoms just right but now it's become Teen Paradise, with the only cartoon there being Phineas and Ferb (which I hate).

- Disney Channel Games just isn't the same as it was the last 2 summers. It used to be cartoons appearing in there and Phill Lewis used to be a co-host and it appeared in between new episodes of shows in a two-hour block. Now, it's a full half hour event with only Brian Stephanek as host and now it's more like a video taped event on GSN than a big summer event on Disney Channel.

- The DCOMs aren't as much of a big deal to me now as they were then. Seriously, High School Musical 3? As a theatrical movie? What is there about it that makes it have to be released theatrically instead of just airing it as a TV Movie, like the previous two? Why not have just made the first two HSMs been released in theaters on the dates they aired on TV instead? And they made a Cheetah Girls 3 and titled it Cheetah Girls: One World. I LOVED the Cheetah Girls when they had their first 2 movies and their Christmas Album. My favorite Cheetah Girls songs were "The Party's Just Begun", "Strut" and "Cheetah-licious Christmas". But now, the Cheetah Girls are just getting old with this movie. If you ask me, they should have just stopped after the second movie and continued as a successful pop band, instead of being movie icons,

- Their currently running shows are getting old to me. The Replacements is just kinda cheesy, Corey in the House only makes me miss That's So Raven, Suite Life on Deck just sounds like a continuation of the Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Welcome to Mollywood just sounds like a ripoff of iCarly, Emperor's New School is getting old to me and Phineas and Ferb, ha! Don't even get me started. I temporarally stopped watching Disney Channel when it first came on. It's one of the reasons Disney is turning into Nick. Trying to be cool, not teaching anything, stupid running gags, etc. (Sorry, fredricdafly, I just had to get that out)

- And finally, the most important reason of all, THEY'RE SCRAPPING THE BUZZ ON MAGGIE OFF THE AIR COMPLETELY!!! That's right. They're taking it off the 4am/3c air slot and replacing it with "Recess". The Buzz on Maggie is no longer gonna air on Disney Channel... at all. Why am I quitting Disney Channel just because they're taking this one show off the air? Because this show was what made me an official fan of Disney Channel. It had everything I ever wanted in a cartoon: great voiceovers, good morals, not too serious, not too silly, no pop culture references (this is good because there was no way it could insult anything without them), balancing family and friends just right, etc. But now it's being scrapped off the air for some overrated show about 6 kids on a playground. Don't get me wrong, I really think it's an OK show (In fact, I used to LOVE it) but come on. Replace something else with Recess, like Little Mermaid or one of Lilo & Stitch's time slots, not Buzz on Maggie!

So that's why I'm gonna quit watching Disney Channel. The only show I'm probably gonna sacrifice watching is Wizards of Waverly Place, but I can catch the episodes on YouTube. Besides, Suite Life, Hannah Montana and That's So Raven, I can catch on ABC Kids every Saturday. And American Dragon and Brandy and Mr. Whiskers, I think are on Toon Disney. I actually burned everything on Disney Channel that I watched on my last day watching it on my DVR. And I watched a lot, because, if it's your last day watching it, you've gotta make it worth your while. Here's what was on the DVD:

- The 3 most recent Hannah Montana episodes that I never watched
- The Cheetah Girls: One World
- Wizards of Waverly Place: Crazy Ten Minute Sale and some other episode.
- An episode of Life with Derek
- The 4 Disney Channel Games episodes
- The Proud Family
- Brandy and Mr. Whiskers
- The Buzz on Maggie's last airing on DC

So that's what I'm doing with my time right now. Laters.

Well, I'm back from Upper Michigan! Not much happened, actually. We pretty much just went around town and somewhat into Negaunee and Marquette. We just did the stuff we did on our Memorial Day trip this year. BUT we did have a celebration for my mom's birthday. Actually, two celebrations for my mom's birthday. First, on Friday (the day before her birthday), my family and I went out to eat at the local restaurant near our cabin. Luckily, all the waiters didn't come to sing their "Happy Birthday" song. My mom would have been embarrassed! Then, yesterday (her birthday), my family and I took our boat to the middle of the lake and we stopped there and we had a little party with champagne and music. Of course, my little brother, Grant and I didn't drink the champagne because Grant is too young and I just don't drink stuff like that. We drank sparkling grape juice instead. But my parents and my sisters, Laurel and Teresa did. My sisters are too young too but everyone was given permission to have just one small glass of champagne. And Teresa's just adult-minded. Go figure. But anyway, forget the champagne. We all had fun. We listened to some songs from the family's favorite singer and most of all, I think my mom had a great birthday. She's 46 now, so she's just getting closer to 50. So, well, that's what happened.

And besides that, some of my opinions on shows and some stuff I'm going to do here, I've decided to change during that trip.

- I'm going back to writing reviews in order to get up to Level 16, or maybe even higher. But I'll still be vying for those editorships for Buzz on Maggie, Weekenders and Family Feud.

- I'm gonna try to make more forum posts in order to make more friends.

- After nearly 3 years, I finally have a new favorite Disney Channel cartoon. And that's Brandy and Mr. Whiskers, a show that I've liked for 2 and a half years but I didn't appreciate it this much. But, Buzz on Maggie still remains a good old cla$$ic in my book.

- I don't really like The Replacements anymore (Sorry, BTRAV). It's just getting a little repetitive and annoying. But don't worry, BTRAV. I'm not gonna bash the forums. I still think it's an OK show.

- And finally, I think this is the first time I'm ever doing this, but I think I'm gonna track someone who doesn't like TBOM for a change. Despite the fact that she doesn't like it, I think I want to track rjje72 because she likes Brandy and Mr. Whiskers and The Mighty B. Plus, she seems like a nice person. Hey, at least she was being respectful in her review for TBOM. At least she's not like ger5632, who I really thought would like the show (Considering all the other shows that she likes) but instead probably gave the most insulting, disgusting review for the show I have ever read in my life. Thank heavens that that review was reported. But rjje72 is different because she was actually being respective and I appreciate her for that. It's that fact and the fact that she likes The Mighty B and Brandy and Mr. Whiskers that I want to track her.

Sorry to any friends of ger5632 if I probably insulted her. I was just mad about that review. Let's see if this blog is reported for "Insults to other users" but anyway, that's what's up for now. Laters.

Miranda Cosgrove has to be my favorite actress of all time. She's actually my hero.

She started out by playing 5-year-old Lana in the pilot of Smallville, a show my sisters are huge fans of.

Then she played the role...

I think Meredith Vieria is a great woman, an inspiration! She's the current host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and she probably the best cast member of The View. She's also pretty cute for 53. ;D I don't know why she's the lowest rated person...

Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over
Probably my favorite movie of all time! This movie takes you on a thrilling adventure into the 3-D world, like other movies, only this one has more humor and it's interesting because they're in a video game. Great movie! 5/5 stars!
