So I decided awhile ago to start working on a band, my girlfriend as the singer, I would just do all the instruments. She is just starting to learn how to sing, and we've been working on a few covers and some originals, just thought this is a good place to post it. www.purevolume.com/remnants11475

I already have posted this in the Union Recruitment board, thought I'd give it a try here as well.

Seeing as there is an Indie Music Union on GameSpot that has been dead for... well over 2 years now, I think I'd like to get a group together to try something a little different in the approach of a union based on Indie music. Basically what I was thinking is that we could have weekly reviews of bands, one would be picked out of some from the forums if we get enough members, to be the "review of the week" so to speak, and every few days or so I can post up a new song or two. I was checking out this old union that died, and it had a band Death From Above 1979 on it, I don't exactly consider that as Indie as I want to go. For indie, I mean completely independent, maybe some independent label bands, but mostly people that are just making music because it's wonderful, not because they want to sell a bunch of CD's.

So yeah, I need some charter members, and then I think we can get started, if anyone is looking forward to this as much as I am then I'll have no problem finding the members I need. Send me a message or post here and I'll get back to you right away.

Mike

P.S. If anyone would just like to be a charter member to help me get it started and then leave, that's fine as well, I just need the help getting it going, but your always welcome to stay.

Yeah so I realize that one day in the weekend has already passed, so basically this blog is being posted on the 13th, and it says the 12th. Yesterday I was just hitting up playing a bit of Guild Wars and leveling my World Of Warcraft character some more, and I decided to go out today and rent a game. I got to the store and picked up a Tennis game, but quickly knew how bad of a decision I made and went and got Tales Of Vesperia instead. The game itself is pretty decent so far, I haven't done much in it but I actually find myself enjoying these none online role playing games more and more, usually I'm a person who just likes to play online games, but I find myself playing these more and more. For example I'm not someone who has been able to get into Oblivion or anything, and I'm not exactly sure why, and even the urge that most people have to try Fallout 3, I haven't gave into that urge yet

Anyways if anyone has any none online RPG's that they would like to recommend for either the 360 or PC then let me know haha, I'll be glad to check them out!

Some people just don't have opinions. Like MikeLirette.
MikeLirette must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could MikeLirette possibly have for not rating a single film?
