MAJOR SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a show. I've been a fan for about 2 1/2 years, I didn't catch it when it premiered. Anyway, the finale was really, really good, as I'm sure you can imagine. It tied up all the loose ends, or most of them anyway. I just wish more was said about what happened to Zuko's mother and Azula, instead of leaving it open. Other than that, the finale had several epic moments, and I can't think of a better season finale myself. The moment when Aang took away Ozai's firebending was one of the best moments in Avatar. In the end, Katara and Aang kissed, a nice way to conclude the series. A spin-off featuring a new incarnation of the Avatar is in the works. Can't wait!

It was freaking epic! I just wish we could have found out what happened to Jet... SPOILERS: After Azula went nuts, I thought it would have been funny if they turned that spot into, like, a monument "This is where the great Azula *cough* b*tch *cough* went completely and totally f%@#ing nuts" I don't know why, but I did.

I had never watched the Avatar because I thought the concept behind it seemed stupid and the shows were never very interesting. I still sorta feel that way about the beginning movies because nothing ever seemed to happen.

But in the last couple of seasons when things started to happen the shows became interesting. Now I have to go back and watch all the episodes for it to make sense. I did watch the finale though and it was extremely epic. I loved it when Aang had a bending force field around him with air, water, fir, and earth shielding his body and his eyes were all glowy. It was intense. And then when he took the fire lord's power away and almost was corrupted himself... genious show design by the writers of this show.
