Hey everyone.

Basic blog today, I suppose. Let's see, that was the 12th, and I suppose I have a bit to tell you, so here it is, in all it's glory, my blog titled Burnt And Blue Tales.

Alright. First of all, the burnt thing. Let me tell you. I was making muffins this morning, and I have to admit, I am terrified of getting burnt from the oven, and I hate putting/getting stuff in/out of the oven. Putting them in went fine. Then, I was getting them out, and like I said, I'm scared (wimpy, I know) and so one muffin on the side (I'm right-handed and this was the right) was really big, and I couldn't grab that side with my oven mitt, so I had to use my left arm which is my weakest to grab this heavy muffin pan out of the oven. Got it out okay, my hand was fine. Just burnt my arm on the oven door!

Anyway, the blue thing. We (me, mom, bro) were going shopping for a beach chair for my mom, and I was testing them, and I was in a laying one, and I couldn't get up, and my mom was in another one. I asked for help, but she didn't say anything, so I preceeded to try and get up and I rolled off the chair and fell. Normally, that would be funny, but in this, I pinched my finger it was scratched and a few minutes later, it turned blue and purple.

Two more stories, the ones above happened today (the 17th) and the one's below happened Friday (the 13th)

So, I'm sitting downstairs watching Psych (this was during the marathon they were doing) and the hall light cuts on. Now, there is 3 switches to this light, and 3 bulbs in the light. I thought it was my mom calling me, or my brother. I got up and looked, no one was standing there. I called my mom and she said she hadn't turned it on then. But she told me at 5 o'clock in the morning, she had tried to turn it on, and it wouldn't work. Now, at 12 o'clock it turns on. That was a little weird.

Last story: Me and my mom are driving coming back from the store, and we were behind a Durango SUV, right? Well, it goes off the road into the woods.Mom calls 911 but lose the signal. So we go up the road and call them again. We tell them about the car, the location, and the woman asks if anyone was hurt, and we were like "I don't know, I didn't stop." Then they go "Okay, we'll send someone" and it was over. We pull around the neighborhood and the car that was just in the woods goes by. They pull on our road and we pull over and call 911 again. The 3rd time. We tell them nevermind, all this stuff and were she lives. After that, me and my mom drive past her house, and the woman is already inside but you can see stuff hanging down from the front of her car. Weird, right?

Sorry, I've probably bored you all by now. Just wanted to share, I suppose. How are you all doing? Hope your okay. Anyway, just a thing I want to tell you all this little thing before I go because I ask that you have my dad in your prayers.

My dad has been having pains in his shoulder/neck area, and overall, he needs to go to a neurosurgeon. They operate on spines and all that stuff, so he has an appointment. Blah, blah, blah, anyway, we aren't sure yet, but he may have to have surgery. Meaning he'll be in the hospital, and after he's released, possibly physical therapy. Now, we aren't 100% positive that all this will happen. But please keep my dad in your prayers.

And lastly, hope you all have had a good Tuesday, and hopefully Wednesday will be even better.

-Stacy

I hate taking stuff out of the oven as well. I'm always afraid I'm gonna burn myself. I don't even like using the burners. I'm very anti-stove.

That Light story was creepy. Last night I was watching TV in my living room, and the light in hallway kept flashing behind me, but everytime I looked it would stop, it was creepy. Car Story=weird, but people are weird, so it's to be expected. Sorry to hear about your Dad. Hopefully everything will turn out okay. I'll definitely keep him in my prayers.

I have a dicogenic cervical neuropathy, just like your dad. Surgery is the very last option. I hope he doesn't get to that point.

SMG--Yes, same here. I don't really mind about some things, but others I just don't do.

Rayc--First, excellent comment. And second, yes.

Boozy--That's weird. I hate when stuff like that happens. Hopefully it will, thanks.

Tdalec--Yes, I know it is. But the other ones, such as using a hanging device, he has already done. The appointment is sometime soon, so I'll know more then.
