Much TV has been watched over the past month. Finished watching Harpers Island, very thrilling, I assume from the ending that there won't be another season. Just finished watching Now and Again, only one season made and I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW IT ENDED! I'd never seen this before and was intrigued, with a pre-24 Dennis Haysbert, the lovely Margaret Colin, and a post-Dark Skies Eric Close although some of the supporting cast left a bit to be desired. Also watched Life, both seasons; yet again another excellent series ended prematurely. Also been watching The Inbetweeners, season 1, a very funny british comedy, although it revolves around teenagers, we see it from an adult perspective. Good to see Eureka is back and I've picked up another couple of series which could be interesting; Warehouse 13 a top-secret storage facility in North America that houses every strange artefact, mysterious relic, fantastical object and supernatural souvenir ever collected by the U.S. government, and Hung (which has just been renewed for a second season) about a coach who desperately needs money and becomes a male escort!

I also caught the German F1 Grand Prix where Aussie Mark Webber took his maiden win then two weeks later, the Hungarian Grand Pix where Lewis Hamilton, the current World Champion took his first win of the season. Looks like being a good title fight between Webber and Jenson Button.

Sorry, this is just a quick update, I'll add some more in the next week. Have a good one

Hi Maverick, I think NBC made a mistake cancelling, "Journeyman" and "Life". Both of those programs were well written and acted. Sometimes it takes awhile for others to catch on, remember The X-Files, FOX almost cancelled that one! I'm really enjoying "Warehouse 13", it's quirky, interesting and fun. Haven't seen the other two shows you mentioned, really enjoying Royal Pains it's consistently entertaining.

Wow, you've been busy. Over the years I've learned (for better or worse) to not jump into a new series because it might be cancelled. I've enjoyed watching some cancelled series online. I've watched a couple of episodes of Life online, but I haven't really gotten into it. I haven't seen Warehouse 13, but it sounds interesting.

Hi April, I totally agree about Journeyman too. I put them all on disk and sent them to my brother in Scotland, he couldn't believe that there were no more to come! Life we started watching through a recommendation on this site but we got hooked just as they announced it's cancellation, typical!

Hi Mom, We've tended to watch the mainstream channels with mainstream shows, recently where we've seen ads on one channel with clips from shows on another channel that look interesting, I've downloaded the first few episodes to see if it's of interest. That's how we came across Dexter and Californication (another Duchovny hit).

I think Life had a lot of life left to it. It's a great show cut down to early. I really like Warehouse 13 which means that it will be canceled. I gave up on Harpers and I could not get into Now and Again but from what you say I may have to give it another try.

Hi Scott, I tried to answer you yesterday however, just as I had finished writing my old laptop shut down and wouldn't restart until it cooled down. Good to see you up and about again. Agreed Life was something special I suppose there's no way of saving it now! Now and Again was an interesting concept, not outstanding but very watchable with some good chemistry between Eric Close and Margaret Colin. Warehouse 13 however, is starting to pick up elements from Relic Hunter.
