Man it's been awhile since I've blogged or posted here. Real life has been taking its toll recently, and what little free time I have had has been squarely devoted to attempting to progress in my video games.
I've been shirking on my goals here, such as reviewing each game I beat/play exhaustively, keeping up a monthly blog, and staying active in the two Unions I really care about (CCU and Ace Attorney). I'd just like to apologize to those who read my reviews or blogs and who appreciate my comments in the union forums as to my inactivity, but I've been working like a dog for the past month and school, friends, and real life events have been taking their toll on me.

On the gaming front...
My wallet was stolen recently, and as such this has curbed my ability to purchase new games for myself. However, prior to having my wallet stolen, I managed to buy a few games that I had wanted for awhile, such as Front Mission 4, Tales of the Abyss, Disgaea 2, X-Men Legends II, and the Devil May Cry trilogy. I had originally also planned to purchase Star Fox Assault, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, and Yakuza, but for some reason I didn't. My roommate also bought Call of Duty 4 for me, and I expect a great deal of old Playstation games as late birthday presents.
My DS was left in an airport, so that's gone, as are the two games that were in it (Advance Wars 2 and Advance Wars: Dual Strike). As such I'm going to need to buy a replacement DS at some point, probably in a month or two. Fortunately I wasn't playing any handheld games at the time and didn't even have any plans to, so it really doesn't bother me all that much except for the minor inconvenience of shelling out another $150 dollars for another DS and trying to replace those two games, which were two of my personal favorites.
I've beaten/played a lot of games that I haven't reviewed...Mother, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney and probably some others. I've played a bunch of games since Suikoden that I didn't review because I hadn't beaten them, like Xenogears, Suikoden II, Half-Life: Opposing Force, Grandia, Disgaea, and possibly others.

Anyway I'm going to try and reclaim my activeness, and restart the posting of reviews with my current project, Skies of Arcadia: Legends. I may start writing back reviews for games like Mother, as well.
