I just finished the Gorillaz banner today. I'm really proud of this one because this one, unlike most of my others, I made with my own two hands instead of copying and pasting from Internet wallpapers. I looked over the music video for "Clint Eastwood", and I took some screenshots of the band members separataly, and combined them together to make the banner. Hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Speaking of banners, I helped Brad (_B-radG_) make his current banner. I basically just put the lettering in there, and fit the pic in a 760x140 pixel image. But he found the pic. So yeah. I feel proud. I think I deserve a cookie.

Just went to see Charlie and The Chocolate Factory with my little sis. I like the twists they put in there. And I like the way Johnny Depp played Wonka. If you seen the original movie, you see that Wonka is this mysterious really wierd person that you find a bit disturbing. Johnny Depp played him better. Even though the wierdness of Wonka was still there, it kinda like a frienly, kidding wierdness, that didn't freak you out, unlike the movie before. And I liked all the backstory about him, too. I found it kind of cool that 3 people that starred in Big Fish, a movie also made by Tim Burton, were also here. Just goes to show you that Tim Burton doesn't go chasing down the hottest celebrities, but just gets the people that he likes working with. I was kind of pissed off that they changed the way the Oompa Loompas looked. But now, I think that Deep Roy did a great job playing them. What else? Ah yeah, I was kinda freaked out when Charlie didn't get the ticket in his 2nd Wonka bar, like he did in the original. I thought they changed the whole movie around, but then calmed down when he got it at his 3rd try. In conclusion, this movie was pretty cool, coming from someone who doesn't usually go to see kiddie movies by his will. Yeah, I wanted to go see it. What? I liked the old movie, and I wanted to see all the similarities and differences.

I moved up 3 levels. Kind of cool, but at the same time dissapointing knowing that everyone else moved up, too.

Wow, you did an amazing job there. I wish I knew how to make a banner as good as the one you have, except a non-Gorillaz one.

And I still have not seen that film. I've been told that it was was a fun film.

I wouldn't pay any attention to that other guy.

So, what did you use...Adobe Photoshop? Any tips on making nice banners?

Ah, your Gorillaz banner was pretty cool, but I think I like the Wolf one you have up now better. The only thing I would change on the Wolf banner, is the font size. I'd just make it a little bigger, that's all.

*Beats you with a cookie*...< _ < > _ >...Here you go.

I haven't seen the new Wonka Movie, but I have seen the first one. You're right, he is kind of weird and mysterious, the new Wonka I've seen from the commercials seems funny, sarcastic, and weird. You can actually tell he has a personality.

I'll always be a level ahead of you, no matter where you go.

I'm not a fan of big letters...

And I'm sure I'll pass you sooner or later.

Yes, I used Photoshop. I don't have any tips in general... do you have any questions?

Well, you mentioned for your Gorillaz banner, you took separate images of the gang, and you combined them. I was wondering how you did it. Did you create the background?

No. I used the beginning of the video where everything is white, so it would be easier, because it becomes really animated later on in the song.
